We currently ship across all serviceable locations within India. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on most products across India.

  • Any applicable shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

  • Please ensure you provide a valid phone number for order confirmation.

  • Orders may be canceled if verification fails or if previous COD orders were rejected.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order in real time using the provided link.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • If the order is not accepted or unreachable, it may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

8. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier issues

  • High order volumes

  • Unexpected logistical challenges

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos for quick resolution
